Golden Executive Director Roundtable
Our firm launched the Golden Executive Director Roundtable in 2018. This group now has 45 nonprofit and community partner participants. We facilitate monthly meetings to provide professional development and collaboration opportunities for nonprofit leaders and partners located in and/or serving the Golden community.
We help organizations diversify their funding base through the development of comprehensive Fund Development Plans. We can support your organization with many aspects of fundraising (individual donor management, major gifts, earned income, social enterprise, etc.).
We also offer grants management services. We can conduct extensive research to identify potential funding sources (government, foundation and corporate grants). We will help your organization develop a grants calendar, write and submit high quality proposals and reports, and track and comply with reporting requirements.
Our work goes beyond simply writing grant proposals. Our years of experience working in non-profit organizations have given us unique perspective into what makes programs succeed. We will help your staff and board identify opportunities for improvement and will help you develop strategies and case statements to make your programs and organization more compelling to funders.
Strategic & Business Planning
We offer strategic and business planning services to help organizations clarify their vision and mission, identify short-and long-term goals, and develop objectives and strategies to help them achieve those goals.
We offer customized trainings related to various nonprofit management topics to meet the needs of our clients and the community. These can be group presentations or individualized coaching for staff or board members.
We have extensive experience facilitating effective meetings, including board retreats, meetings for coalitions, staff retreats and community meetings.
Business Planning for School-Based Health Care
We provide a variety of support to communities that are seeking to open a new school-based health center (SBHC) or expand an existing SBHC.
